Three-rings Ultra-fine Mill

HGM series three-rings ultra-fine mill is the processing equipment of ultra-fine powder and used to grind any non flammable and explosive materials such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, limestone, talc, ceramics, marble, granite, dolomite, bauxite, iron ores, barite, bentonite, calcium, kaolin, plater, mica, graphite, diatomite...
Working principles:
The main motor power of Micro-powder grinding machine drives the principal axis and turntable whirling through the speed reducer. The turntable drives tens of rollers whirling in the grinding chamber. The big size material are crushed by the crushers and transferred to the hopper by elevating conveyor. Electromagnetic Vibrating feeder delivers the materials to the middle place of turntable. Under the affect of centrifugal force, the materials go to the edge of turntable and drop to the grinding rings to be crushed and grinded. After the primary crushing, the material drop into the second and third grinding rings in turn. High-pressure and centrifugal air blower sucks the outside air. At the same time, the powder enters the concentrator by the airflow. The vortex flow created by the worm wheel in the powder concentrator carry the rough materials for the repeated grinding. The products powder goes into the cyclone powder collection device and is discharged by the valve on the bottom of the device. The airflow with less powder is purified by the pulse dust collector, then is discharged by the fan blower and silencer.
Features:

2.High rate of powder. Under the same fineness products and consumption of power, the capacity is 45% higher than air milling machine and mixing mill.
3.Low consumption of wearing parts. All wearing parts use good quality resistant materials, more durable than traditional milling machines, generally, more than one year.
4.Grinding chamber is safe and stable. This milling machine has no rolling bearing and bolts, so there is no wearing parts problems and avoid the the machine damage because of the bolts becoming adrift.
5.The high fineness of products. The final fineness can reach to d97≤5μm.
6.No pollution. The whole production line has no dust pollution in the process of operation because of the adoption of efficient pulse dust collector, silencer, and silencer room, which is the state standard production and protect the environment around.
